I help women and men recognize the thoughts shaping their lives and turn to God's Word for wisdom and clarity so they can walk in peace.
But it hasn't always been this way…
For most of my life, I was stuck in my own thought patterns and didn’t even realize it. I had heard things like “change your thoughts, change your life,” but even though I wanted things to change, I never really stopped to examine what I was thinking or where those thoughts were coming from.
That changed when my husband and I went through a very difficult season in our marriage.
Instead of continuing to react out of emotion, we started turning to God’s Word for truth and direction. For the first time, we began to recognize the difference between the lies we were believing and the truth God was showing us.
That shift changed everything.
I started to see how much my thoughts were shaping my reactions, my decisions, and even the direction of my life. I had to slow down, question what I was thinking, and learn to surrender my own understanding to trust what God says instead.
I still struggle with overthinking from time to time, but now I recognize it faster and know what to do with it.
